Open gym is not only a lot of fun -- it's quality time with our experienced class instructors. 

Open Gym is a dedicated time each week when gymland opens its doors and lets your child practice in a fun, relaxed, supervised environment.

During Open Gym, your child will have extra opportunities to work on the skills they are learning in class. Class instructors will be on hand to provide the guidance your child needs to continue developing and perfecting their skills.

Members (class students and team members) can can also bring a non-member friends as a fun social activity. This also a great way to show an out-of-town family member what you are learning at Arena Gymnastics!
