Our recreational program
is designed to provide youngsters (18 months to 18 years of age) with an
opportunity to learn basic through advanced gymnastics skills. Our goal
is to develop an enjoyment of gymnastics fitness activities and provide
a most rewarding, unique, and memorable learning experience.
Classes are scheduled on a
ten-week session basis, meeting once a week. Class lengths vary;
please see the schedule for details. Additional classes are an
option for those wishing to attend more frequently. Classes are small;
6-7 children per class in preschool program, and 8 children per class in
levels 1- 4. For your convenience we provide make-ups for missed classes
(limit 2 per session).
Safety Comes First.
The safety of your child in our gymnastics program is one of our main
concerns. For this reason we conduct instruction on
Olympic apparatus that is the
best available on the market today. Proper matting, wall padding, foam
pits and wall-to-wall carpeting are additional safety features you can
find in our gym. Also, we
teach in a
sensible manner using step by step progressions.
