Summer Camp Program

Our gymnastics camp and mini-camp programs are designed to provide youngsters (age 5 to 16) with an opportunity to learn gymnastics combined with other fun and challenging activities. Our goal is to develop an enjoyment of gymnastics fitness activities and provide the most rewarding, unique and memorable learning experience. We want each child to feel special and confident.

Campers will have lots of fun with activities including:

  • Trampoline and mini-trampoline

  • Tumbling skills on tumbling tramp

  • Tumbling skills on air floor

  • Tumbling skills on spring floor

  • Bungee cords with spotting belts

  • Learning skills using foam cube in-ground pit

  • Learning skills on women’s Olympic events

  • Learning skills on men’s Olympic events

  • Obstacle courses

  • Arts & Crafts

  • Relay Races

  • Games

  • Climbing (cargo net, rope, wall bars)

Daily Schedule (Camp)

  • A typical daily schedule will consist of two 3-hour sessions, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a ˝ hour lunch break.

  • Morning session will include four ˝ hour gymnastics rotations and ˝ hour recreational rotation, and 15 min. snack break.

  • Afternoon session will include three gymnastics and two recreational rotations, and a snack break.

  • Half-day campers will have a choice of attending either the morning or afternoon session.

  • Early drop-off / Extended hours: for the convenience of working parents we  also offer early drop-off (8-9 a.m.) and and extended hours (3:30-5:00 p.m.) at the additional rate of $8/hour.

There is a  $25 mandatory registration / insurance fee per camper

Arena’s Staff
We are proud of having a knowledgeable staff whose primary concern is your child’s needs. Our staff members have credentials in physical education, are Safety and CPR certified. They are professional members of USA Gymnastics Federation and have gone through extensive training in teaching all levels of gymnastics.
