INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUMMER CAMP MAIL REGISTRATION
Thank you for your interest in Gymland's
Summer Gymnastics Programs. The forms you need
to enroll your child are available here as .pdf documents
(links below are underlined) or at the Gymland office.
In order to enroll your child in the program, please:

Print and fill out the Registration Form or the Mini Camp Registration Form and indicate your class preference.

Print, Read and sign the Membership Agreement. Please also print and keep a copy of the membership agreement for your records.

Use the appropriate Payment Sheet (links on next line) to calculate the amount due:
Summer Camp Payment Sheet (for school age campers), or
Preschool Summer Camp Payment Sheet (mini-camp), or
